Gus is hosting the SKO for the first time. The event runs Monday–Tuesday as the core kickoff, with Saturday used for setup and travel.
The 2026 SKO theme is "Ignite", built around four pillars:

Participants write a mock Business Journal headline and short article describing what Agility Recovery accomplished in 2026 — a forward-looking visioning exercise designed to set direction for the year.
Gus and the marketing director will capture B-roll footage at the SKO using iPhones. This footage is intended for use in the [2] and related training materials.
