FinWellU Homepage Redesign

Comprehensive homepage overhaul requirements identified during the ^[1] pre-launch review call on February 10, 2026, targeting a February 17 go-live. The homepage was the most significant outstanding item — the new copy had not been applied and the page structure needed a full reorganization.

Context

At the time of the review call, the homepage still contained outdated copy that did not match the new content document provided by the client. The entire page required both a content replacement pass and a structural redesign before launch.

Content Replacement

All homepage text must be replaced with copy from the new content document provided by John Jonas and Peter Tourville. Key copy placements:

Hero headline: "Financial Wellness Done Right®" (registered trademark — replace all ™ with ® sitewide; verify correct symbol usage before publishing)
Hero subheadline: Replace "Empower your workforce with confidence" with the new copy from the document (e.g., "Build Wealth and Clarity to Retire")
Hero body copy: "Financial Stress is the #1 distraction" paragraph(s) from the new document — both paragraphs are expected to fit, pushing the CTA buttons slightly lower on the page
Section 2 and Section 3: Full text replacement per the new copy document; these sections were entirely missed in the initial pass

Structural Redesign

Section Reorganization

The homepage sections need to be reordered as follows:

Hero section — updated copy and CTA buttons (see below)
"Elevate Your Benefit Strategy with FinWellU" section — replace the current "Overview of Financial Wellness Done Right" graphic/insert with a web-native version of the "Elevate your benefit strategy with FinWellU" one-pager (postcard style). Asymmetric is rebuilding this asset as an editable, branded version; once delivered, it should be implemented here as a proper webpage section rather than an embedded PDF or image insert.
Three-image footer block (Overview / You Thrive / Retire U) — move to the bottom of every page sitewide, just above the blue disclaimer footer. This block serves as a consistent cross-navigation element and is intentionally kept as a placeholder for future content updates.

CTA Button Updates

Add a third CTA button for "Employers" to the main hero CTA section (currently only two buttons exist)
The copy for the "young professionals / skilled trades" CTA button is pending — Peter Tourville will locate and send the correct copy to Karly; update the button once received
All "Book Discovery Call" buttons sitewide should link to the Contact Us page for now; future state is a link to Paul Tourville's 15-minute calendar booking once that is configured by John Jonas

Branding & Legal Updates (Sitewide)

These changes originate from the homepage review but apply globally:

Privacy Policy	Replace the LPL PDF link with a generic on-page privacy policy (Asymmetric boilerplate); should be a standard webpage, not a pop-out PDF
Phone/address	Leave current placeholder values for now; John Jonas is obtaining a dedicated FinWellU phone number and email address and will send to Karly once available
