FinWellU Website Launch Timeline

Launch plan for the NextLevel / Finwell website at finwellu.com, established during the January 29, 2026 planning call. The timeline is gated primarily on copy delivery from the client side.

Pre-Launch State

The domain finwellu.com has been pointed to the AAG server (GoDaddy nameservers updated during the call). A coming-soon / countdown page is live at the domain to:

Hold the primary domain and allow DNS propagation to complete
Prevent premature access to the in-progress site
Allow the team to share the URL verbally without exposing unfinished work

Phase 1 Scope (Feb 17 Launch)

Full outcome-focused copy rewrite across all pages (see ^[1])
"Schedule a 15-Minute Discovery Call" CTA on Employers page (replacing "Contact Us") and potentially About Us page, linking to Paul's calendar scheduler
"Finwell vs. Traditional" comparison table on Employers page
Domain live at finwellu.com with all internal links and registration confirmation emails updated to reflect the new domain

Phase 2 Scope (Post-Launch, Retainer)

Blog and news section deferred from the initial launch. Planned features:

Blog: General financial wellness articles (tax law changes, healthcare updates, market commentary) accessible to all Finwell users regardless of employer
News: NextLevel-specific research updates and quarterly content
Filterable content hub combining both streams
Recommended cadence: minimum 2 posts/month
