As of the January 2026 strategy call, the Quarra Italia website is built and nearly ready but blocked from launching pending client-side content delivery and an internal decision on a related catalog project.
AAG drafted a site copy outline and sent it to the Quarra team. As of this call, no direction has been returned. AAG committed to re-sending the outline to Lincoln to re-initiate the review.
The site needs project write-ups for the work Quarra Italia wants to feature. These must come from the client. No submissions had been received as of this call.
A separate catalog project (being developed by Matthew) is pending a go/no-go decision from Jim. AAG declined to provide pricing until Quarra internally aligned on scope. Lincoln committed to discussing with Jim and reporting back.

A related issue surfaced: the link to Quarra Italia on the Quarra USA website is not prominent. Currently the only reference is buried under the Factory page. AAG will propose options to improve visibility, potentially including a dedicated main navigation tab.
