Quarra Website Development — Working Session Cadence

Overview

To accelerate progress on the Quarra website redesign, Asymmetric and the Quarra Italia team agreed to replace ad-hoc email communication with a structured twice-weekly meeting cadence. The new schedule was established during the ^[1] and kicks off Friday, April 11, 2026.

The shift was driven by a shared recognition that email-only coordination was creating confusion and slowing iteration on individual pages.

Meeting Schedule

Note: The first Monday session is April 14 (not April 7) because April 7 is Easter Monday. The cadence begins with the Friday, April 11 session.

Rationale

Prior to this cadence, website development was coordinated entirely by email. The Quarra Italia team found this format difficult for working through page-level decisions and feedback. Structured recurring sessions allow both sides to:

• Review work in progress together
• Resolve ambiguities in real time
• Maintain momentum between sessions (Asymmetric can execute between Monday and Friday calls)

Access & Tooling

• Google Drive: Monica Luisi was added to the shared Asymmetric Google Drive as of April 3, giving her access to project documents and assets.
• Primary Asymmetric contact: Melissa Cusumano owns the website workstream on the Asymmetric side.
