- Conversion events reviewed
- Search Console checked for clicks, queries, and top pages
Note: Adavacare had previously removed Asymmetric from their Google Ads account; confirmed they have since been re-added.
Tag Manager (GTM)
- Full tag and trigger audit completed
- Unused tags and triggers identified and deleted
- All remaining triggers verified as correctly configured
Prior to this audit, GTM configuration had significant issues — tags and triggers were not properly set up.
Forms (Gravity Forms)
- All forms checked for activity and submission counts
- One form identified with only 1 entry — flagged as a candidate for removal
- Context: Form was tied to a past publication ad campaign that has since concluded
- Recommendation: Remove or archive the form to reduce clutter
Summary Assessment
Adavacare's site is in strong health following this audit. The 99% alt text coverage, fully updated plugins/themes, compressed images, and clean GTM configuration represent a significant improvement over the site's prior state. The GA4 data showing a 3× increase in active users is a positive signal worth monitoring.
