SOAR Course Sync — 2026-01-09
Client: [1]
Attendees: Mark Hope (Asymmetric), Isalia Ramirez (Asymmetric), Gus Donelson (Agility Recovery)
Source: Fathom Recording
Overview
Weekly sync to review SOAR course development progress and resolve blockers. The meeting surfaced a significant access issue halting Isalia's development work, aligned on a workaround strategy for Storyline asset sourcing, and adjusted the facilitator manual timeline to account for Gus's sales kickoff week.
Key Decisions
- Facilitator manual draft deadline moved to next Friday (from Wednesday) — Gus is unavailable Mon–Thurs due to the sales kickoff (SKO) in Arizona.
- Storyline asset strategy: Direct live-tool access is not feasible due to permissions and data constraints. The agreed workaround is interactive screenshots or screen recordings to simulate Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and Co-Pilot environments within Articulate Storyline.
- Abby as asset coordinator: Gus will consult Abby (internal Agility contact) on whether Isalia can get test environment access; if not, Abby will capture screenshots/recordings per a spec list from Isalia.
- "Single point of failure" content flagged for correction: A new hire with 25 years of generator sales experience identified an inaccuracy — the claim that Agility's plan prevents a single point of failure is incorrect and will be revised.

Blockers
System Access Revoked
Isalia's vendor access to Agility's systems was revoked as part of a recent vendor access policy change. She is currently locked out of:
- Salesforce
- ZoomInfo
- SalesLoft
- SharePoint / OneDrive
- Co-Pilot (has only generic free-tier access)
Impact: Blocks all development work on the interactive Storyline Co-Pilot module and any content requiring live tool screenshots.
Resolution in progress: Gus messaged Ranjit (IT) via Teams during the call to restore access, and will contact Xerox to provision a full Co-Pilot 360 license for Isalia.
Action Items
- [ ] Gus — Contact Ranjit to restore Isalia's system access (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, SharePoint)
- [ ] Gus — Email Xerox re: full Co-Pilot 360 license for Isalia; CC Isalia on the thread
- [ ] Gus — Email Abby re: test environment access for Storyline asset sourcing (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft); if access denied, invite Abby to next call
- [ ] Gus — Review Vertical Part 2 module (on the plane Saturday)
- [ ] Gus — Create recording direction for B-roll; coordinate with marketing director to capture footage at SKO on iPhone
- [ ] Isalia — Continue outlining facilitator manual; bring draft to next Friday's call
- [ ] Isalia — Prepare spec list of screenshots/recordings needed from Abby (if direct access not granted)
Gus's Schedule — Week of 2026-01-10
| Day | Activity |
|---|---|
| Saturday | Travel to Arizona; review Vertical Part 2 on plane |

Sales Kickoff Context
Gus is hosting the SKO. Relevant details for potential B-roll and content use:
- Theme: "Ignite" — Execute, Deliver, Innovate, Build
- Deck size: 106 slides (plus Gus's 15-slide section)
- Activities: Jenga (SKO), puzzle exercise (leadership kickoff), "future headlines" exercise (teams write a Business Journal headline about 2026 accomplishments)
- B-roll capture: Gus + marketing director, iPhone only
Transcript Excerpts
On the access blocker:
Gus: "You were already approved to be a vendor in Access Internationally, which is what they took your access. So that changed yesterday. I didn't even think about it because you were already there."
Isalia: "I've been on the lookout on my email for that, waiting for the access."
On Storyline asset strategy:
Isalia: "The workaround I'm thinking is like either have a recording if needed or a screenshot with these like interactive text boxes... So it will simulate the environment. It might look a little clunky, but..."
Gus: "We're learning. We're learning. I will take clunky, because I told Mark I wanted it."
On new hire feedback:
Gus: "He's sold generators for like 25 years. And he's like, there's one of them that talks about our plan prevents a single point of failure. He goes, it's still — we can still fail. So we probably need to change this."
