Topic Notes

SOAR Course — Terminology Fix

A stakeholder noted the course used "remediation" where it should say "recovery" (core to Agility's brand). The term appeared inside a labeled graphic in Lesson 1 — not immediately obvious in the Rise 360 editor. Gus made the edit live during the call.

"I'm just taking out remediation and putting recovery." — Gus

The updated course will replace the current LMS version today. The prior review copy will be archived rather than deleted, for organizational reference.

Participant Guide — Facilitator Answer Key

The PG contains fill-in activities and reflection questions for new hires. Gus noted that a second, completed version of the PG should exist for facilitators — pre-filled with expected answers — so that:
1. Any trainer (not just Gus) can lead the course consistently.
2. Facilitators have a reference even when they know the material well.

Gus will send the current PG to Isalia today. Isalia will then create the answer key version.

Facilitator Guide — Expand Setup & Debrief Sections

The FG structure and length are generally appropriate. The primary gap is in activity setup and debrief guidance. Context that shapes this need:

Isalia will begin edits based on Gus's inline comments. No major structural changes needed — targeted expansion of setup/debrief language only.

"My biggest thing for facilitator guides is a really strong set up and debrief, because they're going to be doing this virtually... that's where a lot of the learning is going to take place." — Gus

Co-pilot Storyline

Gus confirmed the Articulate Storyline for the Co-pilot module is approved. Isalia did not have access to Storyline during travel (Mac only) and has not yet made the edits discussed via email. She will complete them this week and send the updated file to Gus for review.
