Multi-Tenant App Status — 2026-02-03
Overview
As of the weekly sync on 2026-02-03, Mark Hope reported the Advanced Health & Safety (AHS) multi-tenant app is in final debugging and targeting a launch within the week. The app replaces [1]'s existing MarketSharp subscription with a purpose-built platform that includes a Progressive Web App (PWA) for field use, AI-assisted estimating, and a direct QuickBooks integration.
The app is architected as multi-tenant, meaning Asymmetric can license it to other environmental remediation companies outside the Madison market.
Current Status
- Phase: Final debugging (Mark Hope)
- Next step: Mark completes debugging → Sebastian tests full workflow end-to-end → joint presentation to client
- Target launch: Week of 2026-02-03 (debugging), with client presentation to follow shortly after
- In-person walkthrough with the client was discussed as a strong option given proximity
Application Workflow
The app covers the full job lifecycle from initial site visit through invoicing:
-
Site Survey (PWA)
Estimators use a mobile PWA to capture job site data: address, remediation type (e.g., asbestos), dimensions, access/parking difficulty, photos, and video. The PWA supports offline operation — data queues locally and syncs when connectivity is restored. This is critical for basement and attic environments with poor reception. -
Estimate Creation
The office manager reviews the submitted survey. She can build the estimate manually or invoke an AI algorithm that applies rules based on square footage, material type, and site conditions to generate a draft estimate. -
Customer Approval
The estimate is emailed directly from the app. The customer reviews and signs via e-signature. Approval status is reflected back in the app automatically. -
Job Scheduling
Once approved, the estimate converts to a scheduled job on the calendar. The customer receives an automated confirmation with a self-service link to request date changes. -
Resource Allocation
Jobs are assigned vehicles, equipment, and materials. The system enforces capacity constraints — e.g., two trucks cannot be double-booked across four simultaneous jobs. -
Invoicing
On job completion, an invoice is generated and emailed to the customer. Invoice data is pushed to QuickBooks automatically. -
Reporting
A reports module provides visibility into jobs, revenue, and accounts receivable.

Competitive Context
MarketSharp was originally built for home renovation companies and has not been significantly updated since approximately 2004. Mark conducted a feature parity analysis and confirmed the new app covers all existing MarketSharp functionality while adding the PWA, AI estimating, resource allocation, and QuickBooks integration.
The multi-tenant architecture opens a potential SaaS revenue stream for Asymmetric targeting environmental remediation firms outside the Madison market. Mark also noted the core could be adapted for similar field-service workflows (e.g., overhead door companies) by rebuilding on the same underlying components.
