Situation Summary
Aviary's contract is at risk due to missed lead targets. A complicating factor is that the client's finance-industry audience uses email security bots that inflate open rates, obscuring genuine human engagement and making performance measurement unreliable.
The team has developed a multi-pronged rescue plan to generate more leads across email, paid search, LinkedIn, and the website.

1. Bulk Nurture Campaign
- Goal: Re-engage contacts not currently in the active sales pipeline or ABM sequences
- Scope: ~40k contacts sourced from HubSpot
- Execution: Mark building HubSpot list; campaign to be sent via Orbit/SES on a separate sending domain
- Status: In setup
2. LinkedIn Outreach
- Goal: Add a high-engagement second channel to the ABM playbook
- Constraint: LinkedIn API too restrictive for personalized automation; manual outreach required
- Next Step: Mark to email Aaron/Blessing for LinkedIn login credentials, then hire manual outreach resource
- Status: Blocked pending credential access
3. Google Ads Optimization
- Goal: Improve ad performance and conversion rates based on audit findings
- Tasks:
- Fix final URLs and link business name/logo
- Upload Credit Union contact list as a Customer Match audience
- Add LinkedIn overlay targeting
- Request additional $500 budget to test LinkedIn ads

4. Website Rebuild (WordPress)
- Goal: Improve site performance and enable faster landing page creation
