2026 Q1 OKRs — Doudlah Farms
Overview
Q1 2026 objectives for Doudlah Farms were reviewed and refined during the [1] meeting. The account is managed by Karly Oykhman. Core focus areas are sustaining Amazon momentum, scaling B2B partnerships, and expanding physical retail presence.
Objectives & Key Results
O1: Increase Sales
Rationale: Sales growth is the client's primary objective across all channels — Amazon, DTC website, and wholesale.
| Key Result | Measurement Source |
|---|---|
| Maintain 10% month-over-month Amazon revenue growth | Amazon Seller Central |
| Improve website conversion rate | Google Analytics / Shopify |
Note: 20% monthly growth was discussed and rejected as unrealistic given current trajectory. 10%/month (~120% annually) was confirmed as the appropriate target by Mark Hope.
O2: Streamline B2B Process to Scale Partnerships
Rationale: Current B2B onboarding is a bottleneck preventing the client from taking on additional wholesale partnerships efficiently.
| Key Result | Measurement Source |
|---|---|
| Reduce time-to-onboard new B2B partners | Internal process tracking |
| Increase number of active B2B partnerships | CRM / client-reported |
O3: Expand Retail Presence
Rationale: Retail distribution (grocery, specialty food stores) represents the largest untapped growth channel. Options discussed include hiring a food broker or a dedicated retail sales rep.
| Key Result | Measurement Source |
|---|---|
| Identify and engage at least one food broker or retail sales specialist | Client confirmation |
| Secure placement in at least one new retail account | Client-reported |
Urgent Issue: Amazon FBA Capacity Crisis (December)
An inventory crisis surfaced during the OKR review that requires immediate action alongside Q1 planning.
Problem: A December FBA capacity limit of 1,900 cu ft is blocking shipments of fast-moving SKUs, creating stockout risk heading into a high-demand period. A Dec 15 pickup was also incorrectly scheduled for 2 pallets instead of 5.
Resolution Plan:
| Action | Owner | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Use AWD for critical low-stock SKUs immediately | Karly Oykhman | Immediate |
| Schedule non-critical FBA shipments for early January (capacity increases to ~3,000 cu ft, costs drop) | Karly Oykhman | January |
| Open Amazon support case to request capacity increase (yellow popcorn) | Gilbert (coord. Karly) | Immediate |
| Cancel incorrect cornmeal shipment; request refund | Karly Oykhman | Immediate |
| Contact carrier Exla to confirm correct Dec 15 pickup (5 pallets) | Jason (coord. Karly) | Before Dec 15 |
| Set Amazon coupons on high-inventory SKUs to move excess stock | Karly + Gilbert | Near-term |
