Details
During sprint planning, the team confirmed that every open Cora Italia deliverable is gated on content the client has not yet provided. Tasks were moved to an On Hold / Blocked status and due dates were removed to avoid false urgency in the sprint board.
At the time of the meeting, the team had received two or three new project briefs from Cora Italia but the underlying content assets (copy, images, or other materials) needed to execute those projects had not been delivered.
An English-Italian translation update was also noted as pending, though it was unclear whether that specific task had been completed.
Impact
- Sprint capacity allocated to Cora Italia cannot be consumed until the blocker is resolved.
- Tasks will remain in On Hold / Blocked with no due date until client content arrives.
- The team should not reassign these tasks to other work streams without account manager confirmation.
Resolution Path
- Account manager (Karly) to follow up with Cora Italia contact to request outstanding content assets.
- Once content is received, tasks should be moved back to In Progress and due dates re-established.
- Notify the sprint lead (Melissa) so tasks can be re-prioritized in the active sprint.
