Overview

Following a meeting on December 9, 2025, Tracti expressed interest in expanding the scope of work beyond the current engagement. Mark met with them and came away with a clear mandate to write a revised proposal covering the additional services requested.

Background

Tracti is an existing client. After a productive meeting, they indicated they are looking for "a bunch more stuff," prompting the need for a revised proposal to capture the expanded scope.
