BluePoint CallRail Implementation

Overview

CallRail has been identified as the call tracking solution for BluePoint ATM, primarily to support the [1] initiative. Local area code numbers displayed on state-specific pages will reinforce local presence and credibility with prospects. As of the October 22, 2025 sync, CallRail is not yet active for BluePoint — implementation is pending final pricing confirmation for a full rollout.

Pricing (Baseline Quote)

A quote shared by Mark Hope prior to the October 22 call:

Item Detail
Monthly cost $60/month
Local numbers included 5
Toll-free numbers 1
Local minutes 250
Features Call tracking, text tracking, attribution, call recording, call routing

This baseline plan covers a small number of lines. The full rollout — potentially 50 local numbers (one per state service page) — will cost significantly more. Final pricing for a full rollout is pending confirmation.

Planned Use Cases

State Service Pages

Each state-specific landing page will display a local CallRail number with a matching area code. Goals:
- Reinforce the perception that BluePoint operates locally in that state
- Track inbound calls by state for attribution
- Route calls to the BluePoint team regardless of which number is dialed

The local number should appear prominently on each state page — at minimum near the hero image and adjacent to the contact form — not just in the footer. Wade flagged this explicitly during the October 22 call.

Lead Form Attribution

When a prospect submits a form on a state page, the notification email subject line should indicate the originating state (e.g., "Contact Form from Vermont") to help BluePoint triage and attribute leads accurately.

Separately, Mike Stebbins' personal number is being flagged as spam due to high-volume cold calling. Wade raised this on the October 22 call. Wade is following up with Mark Hope to explore solutions (Google Voice, a dedicated landline, or another option). This is distinct from the CallRail implementation but may inform the broader phone strategy.
