AHS Dec 11–12 Training — Email Blast

A final email blast was planned to drive last-minute sign-ups for AHS's asbestos training event on December 11–12. The campaign targeted an expanded list that included 400 newly sourced school janitor and maintenance worker contacts.

Overview

With the training roughly a week out, the team agreed a single urgent email would maximize remaining sign-up opportunity. The email was to go out December 3 — giving recipients about a week of lead time before the December 11 start.

Sebastian Gant took ownership of the send following a staffing change (Chris departed Asymmetric; Sebastian assumed email responsibilities at least in the short term).
