Access & User Management
A company restructuring in late September/early October 2025 triggered several access cleanup items:
- Jay Gardner (departed): Remove access from all systems — HubSpot, social media, and any remaining portals
- KLH sales partner (closing operations): Remove or reassign HubSpot contacts associated with the KLH domain; target date was mid-October 2025 (around the 15th)
- Contacts with
KLH.comdomain to be deactivated or reassigned to unassigned/generic owner
Lead Reassignment
Following the departure of Jay Gardner and the closure of the KLH sales partner:
- Leads previously owned by Jay or KLH reps need to be reassigned or moved to an unassigned queue
- Miriam and Jacob Framson have split U.S. territory coverage (Jacob: East/New England; Miriam: West Coast)
- HubSpot ownership records should reflect this territorial split

Miriam submitted a lead process/sequence recommendation document in early September 2025. Key themes expected to be discussed on October 9:
