Citrus America HubSpot Setup & Lead Process

Overview

Citrus America uses HubSpot as their primary CRM for managing leads and sales pipeline. As of October 2025, a lead process and sequence recommendation document had been submitted by Miriam Framson for review by the Asymmetric team. A dedicated HubSpot discussion was scheduled for October 9, 2025 at 10:30 AM between Mark Hope and Miriam Framson to review and align on implementation.

Access & User Management

A company restructuring in late September/early October 2025 triggered several access cleanup items:

Lead Reassignment

Following the departure of Jay Gardner and the closure of the KLH sales partner:
- Leads previously owned by Jay or KLH reps need to be reassigned or moved to an unassigned queue
- Miriam and Jacob Framson have split U.S. territory coverage (Jacob: East/New England; Miriam: West Coast)
- HubSpot ownership records should reflect this territorial split


Lead Process Recommendations (Pending Review)

Miriam submitted a lead process/sequence recommendation document in early September 2025. Key themes expected to be discussed on October 9:

Dealer/Sales Portal Separate system; access managed by Asymmetric (Melissa Cusumano). KLH domain users to be removed by ~Oct 15.
