LinkedIn Sales Navigator HubSpot Integration

Connecting LinkedIn Sales Navigator to HubSpot surfaces prospect profile data directly inside contact records, reducing context-switching during outbound prospecting. The integration requires the Advanced Plus tier of Sales Navigator — the standard Advanced plan does not include CRM sync.

Requirements

Item Detail
Sales Navigator tier Advanced Plus (not Advanced)
HubSpot tier Any paid CRM tier
Approximate cost ~$1,600/seat/year (billed annually) or ~$139/month

Pricing note (as of late 2025): Advanced Plus and Advanced are priced similarly — Advanced was observed at ~$1,800/year, Advanced Plus at ~$1,600/year. Confirm current pricing directly with LinkedIn before upgrading.

How to Connect

  1. In HubSpot, go to Settings → Connected Apps.
  2. Locate LinkedIn Sales Navigator and click through to install/connect.
  3. Open any contact record. In the right panel, find the LinkedIn Sales Navigator card.
  4. Click Connect App and authenticate with your LinkedIn credentials (a pop-up will appear — allow it if blocked).
  5. Once authenticated, Sales Navigator will attempt to match the contact by email address and display a profile excerpt in the right panel.

The panel card can be repositioned by dragging the grid handle — move it near the top of the right panel for quick access.

What It Does

What It Does Not Do

The basic connection does not automatically sync LinkedIn activity (InMails, connection requests) back to HubSpot contact timelines. Deeper activity sync may require additional configuration or a higher LinkedIn contract tier.

Practical Notes

Client Evidence

Discovered and documented during a HubSpot CRM review session with [1]. Mike Stebbins attempted to connect Sales Navigator (Advanced tier) and received the prompt requiring Advanced Plus. The upgrade was noted as an action item for Mike to evaluate. See also [2].
