Avant Gardening Meta Ad Campaigns
Overview
Meta ad campaigns built for [1] by Sebastian Gant (Asymmetric) and reviewed during the [2]. Campaigns were structured, drafted, and published in paused state pending client approval before going live.
The ad account in use is the new account (ID ending in 657), housed within the Asymmetric Marketing business portfolio. The older account visible under Tim's "Other Assets" is a legacy account from a previous campaign run several years ago and should not be used.
Campaign Structure
The campaign is organized into three ad sets, each targeting a distinct service intent:

Each ad set contains two ads, using a mix of:
- Still images — single-image format
- Carousels — multi-image format showcasing Avant Gardening's photo library
Creative assets were drawn from Avant Gardening's existing photo library, which Sebastian noted produced visually strong results.
Account Access Notes
Getting Tim (client) into the correct ad account required a specific workaround:
- Sebastian removed Avant Gardening as a partner from the ad account
- Re-added them as a partner, this time explicitly including the Facebook Page in the invitation
- Tim received a new email invitation, clicked through, and was able to assign himself to the correct ad account
This "remove and re-add partner" trick resolved the access issue. The key detail was including the Facebook Page in the partner invitation, which appeared to properly link the account to Tim's profile. See [3] for the generalized pattern.
Current Status
As of 2025-12-15:
- Campaigns: Published and paused — awaiting client review and approval
- Payment method: Added to the new ad account by Tim during the meeting
- Next step: Tim reviews ads independently and sends go/no-go feedback (plus any copy or creative edits) to Karly
Once feedback is received, Karly and Sebastian will make any requested changes and activate/schedule the campaigns.
