Asymmetric Pitch Deck (Gamma)
Overview
Mark Hope built a capabilities pitch deck for Asymmetric Applications Group using Gamma, an AI-powered presentation tool. The deck was created in part to support the [1] lead-generation engagement, which required a clear articulation of Asymmetric's offer before outreach could begin. It represents a formalization of the service tiers that had previously been pitched informally.
The deck is accessible via a public URL and is intended to serve as a leave-behind or pre-meeting asset for prospective clients.
Core Positioning
Tagline / Framing: Strategy-led growth for established businesses
Differentiator: Most marketing agencies focus on tactics. Asymmetric focuses on what actually drives growth — strategy first, execution second.
Problems Addressed
- Plateaued revenue
- Activity without results
- Execution-only engagements (no strategic layer)
- Unclear marketing ROI
Target Client Profile
| Attribute | Detail |
|---|---|
| Revenue range | $2M – $50M |
| Leadership orientation | Growth-focused, strategic mindset |
| Stage | Established (not early-stage) |
Service Offerings
1. Strategy Session — $950
- Four-hour working session
- Entry-level offer designed to establish commitment without high risk
- Primary purpose: qualify the client and create a path to higher-tier engagement
- Price point is intentionally sub-$1,000 to lower the psychological barrier
2. Revenue Growth Blueprint — $3,500
- One-time strategic engagement
- Delivers a written roadmap and recommendations for growth
- Designed to surface the execution gap: clients who read it often realize they lack the internal capacity to act on it, creating a natural transition to the retainer
3. Monthly Partnership Retainer — $5,500/month
- Ongoing retained engagement (range noted as $5,000–$6,500/month)
- Covers strategic planning, paid media management, SEO, and integrated execution
- Includes a 90-day performance guarantee (see below)
Value Ladder Logic
The three tiers are structured as a deliberate progression:
$950 Strategy Session
→ builds trust, confirms commitment
↓
$3,500 Growth Blueprint
→ surfaces execution gap
↓
$5,500/mo Retainer
→ ongoing partnership with guarantee
The goal is to sign one new retainer client per month while maintaining approximately $10,000/month in project-based work (websites, landing pages, etc.).
"What you want to have is like this value ladder. For somebody who says, I think what you're saying is interesting, but I'm not totally sold and I'm not ready to take a bunch of risk, you do something for less than $1,000."
— Mark Hope, 2025-09-29
90-Day Performance Guarantee
The retainer includes a structured guarantee to reduce client-side risk:
- At engagement start, both parties agree on a baseline (current state) and a 90-day target (traffic, leads, or sales — depending on client)
- Targets are intentionally conservative given the short timeframe
- If the 90-day target is not met, Asymmetric works at no charge until the target is achieved
- Example: if it takes 120 days to hit the 90-day target, one month is provided free
This guarantee is positioned as a key objection-handler for prospects who are interested but hesitant to commit to a retainer.

Tool: Gamma
Gamma (gamma.app) is an AI-assisted presentation builder. Mark used it to rapidly generate the deck by feeding it detailed information about Asymmetric's positioning and services. The output is a web-hosted presentation accessible via URL, suitable for sharing in outreach or embedding on the website.
Website Integration
The deck content is intended to inform an update to the Asymmetric website, which had not been meaningfully updated in approximately a year. The pitch deck's framing, offers, and positioning should be reflected in the site.
