Didion Landing Page — Form Fixes & UX

Overview

During the PLMA trade show prep call, the Didion PLMA landing page was blocking email campaign sends. Several form issues were identified and partially resolved mid-meeting. This article documents the fixes deployed, remaining UX issues, and the resolution status.

Background

The PLMA landing page contact form had two categories of problems:

  1. Notification routing — form submissions were only going to a shared marketing inbox that Diana (client) did not have easy access to.
  2. Post-submission UX — the page behavior after form submission was confusing to end users.

Email sends were queued and ready but could not go out until the landing page was confirmed functional.

Custom Thank-You Message Not Displaying

"I created a new message, but it's still defaulting to the default. I can't see in there where it can switch from the default to the new message I wrote."
