Quarra Stone Website QC & Content Refresh

Overview

During the October 2025 bi-weekly marketing sync, Lincoln reported user-flagged typos and at least one instance of project bio data appearing on the wrong project page. The team aligned on a parallel QC effort and established a forward-looking content refresh policy: marketing materials should prioritize projects less than five years old.

QC Process

Problem identified: User-reported typos across the site, plus at least one project page displaying incorrect bio/description data from another project.

Division of responsibility:
- Lauren — QC project pages specifically; she has the domain knowledge to catch incorrect project data
- Karly — Run a site-wide grammar and typo pass

Both tasks were targeted for completion the day after the call (Lauren working from home).

"I think if you guys, I think it's good to go. Just roll with it." — Lincoln, on the Miss Madison write-up

Content Refresh Strategy

Lincoln established a policy to retire overused or aging project imagery from marketing materials:

"Let's just pause on Collier for a while and get some newer projects in there." — Lincoln

This policy applies to both the website (rolling homepage imagery, project page thumbnails) and email marketing templates.
