Launch Sequence (once blockers cleared)

2. Mark switches nameservers → ~1 hour downtime expected
3. Mark pushes staging to production
4. Aki resumes edits on staging (now identical to production)
5. Mark activates Stripe payment gateway using credentials from LastPass

• Missing DMARC record — potential email deliverability risk post-launch
• Old site is not WordPress; was rebuilt from scratch (not migrated)
• Switching DNS will make old site inaccessible via domain — no rollback without contacting previous host
