Working session with Gus Donelson (Agility Recovery) to review the Rise360 course restructuring, scope Storyline click-through modules for Salesforce and SalesLoft, plan two sizzle videos, and finalize the 7-step "Agility Way" sales process graphic.
Attendees:
- Raphael Mangadap (Asymmetric)
- Isalia Ramirez (Asymmetric)
- Mark Hope (Asymmetric)
- Gus Donelson (Agility Recovery) — external
Finalized step order (gear-based visual, all steps equally prominent):
Note: "Contract and Handoff" was removed from the prior 8-step version. Step names were also shortened (e.g., "Connect and Build Rapport" → "Connect").
| Owner | Action |
|---|---|
| Isalia | Complete Module 1 draft in Rise360 by EOD (2025-10-24) |
| Isalia | Pull the correct 7-step Agility Way graphic from the link Gus shared; provide to designer |
| Gus | Email team leads to identify day-in-the-life video participants and assess willingness to self-record B-roll |
| Gus | Connect Mark and team with Agility's tech stack person for Storyline kickoff (Salesforce/SalesLoft) |
| Mark | Begin work on second batch of Rise360 modules |
| All | Meet next Friday (2025-10-31); Gus is then OOO the following week (beach in Mexico) |
Isalia has been running regular touch-base calls with Gus to translate his stream-of-consciousness feedback into structured course content. The approach: take Gus's comments on the high-level outline + existing Rise module content and merge them into a single "revised enhanced modules document." Gus reviewed through Module 9 of the new outline and left comments; Module 10 onward still pending his review but not blocking work.
Gus expressed satisfaction with the direction, particularly the logical reordering of modules and the adjustment of audience framing (content scoped for all roles, not just sales).
Gus acknowledged limited familiarity with Storyline's authoring side. The intent is interactive click-through simulations of Salesforce and SalesLoft workflows. Agility's tech stack contact may have existing screen recordings that could accelerate development. Gus to facilitate the intro.
Video 1 — Leadership Welcome
Short executive-facing video welcoming new hires, introducing the company, and setting expectations for the training program. Likely sourced from Atlanta-based executive team.
Video 2 — Day in the Life
Highlights how key roles (AE, CSM, Recovery Manager, Tech Services) interact with members day-to-day. Intended to give new hires cross-functional visibility regardless of their own role.
Production constraints: No centralized office; AEs are fully remote with no physical hub. Proposed approach:
- Zoom/virtual recordings for talking-head segments
- Self-recorded iPhone B-roll (raw quality acceptable)
- Potentially bring select participants into a Dallas or Atlanta office for a more polished look if feasible
Gus will survey team leads on participant availability and comfort with self-recording before the next meeting.
The designer had been working from an 8-step version of the graphic that Gus had sent by mistake (he had two versions and deleted the old one during the call). Gus shared a direct link to the correct 7-step version in the Agility credentials environment. Isalia to access and hand off to the designer. The graphic will be labeled "The Agility Way" (dropping "B2B Sales Process Stages").
