Working session with Gus Donelson (Agility Recovery) and Isalia Ramirez (Asymmetric) to review Rise360 course feedback and align on next steps ahead of the January 11 sales kickoff. The meeting covered module-level feedback, a new Storyline tool-training initiative, three video production projects, and a branding/terminology update that affects course content throughout.
Attendees:
- Gus Donelson — Agility Recovery (gus.donelson@agilityrecovery.com)
- Isalia Ramirez — Asymmetric (isalia.ramirez@asymmetric.pro)
Module status:
| Module | Status |
|---|---|
| Prospecting and Research | On hold — process change made content outdated |
| Presentation and Communication Skills | Full revamp planned |
| All other modules | Finalize next week for V1 |
Terminology updates to apply globally:
| Old Term | New Term |
|---|---|
| Agility Planner | My Agility |
| Cyber Security / Cyber Security | Cyber Resilience |
| Vendor | Salesperson |
| Customer | Member or Prospect (capitalize both) |
Additional content standards to enforce during finalization:
Rationale: No live sandbox environment exists for Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Sales Loft. Storyline's screen-simulation / click-through capability allows learners to physically practice workflows without risk of breaking live data.
Proposed course sequence:
Gus's suggested learning order: ZoomInfo → Salesforce 101 → Sales Loft → Salesforce 102, reflecting the actual daily workflow.
Open questions / dependencies:
- What assets does Asymmetric need from Agility to build screen captures? (Possibly a training login to Salesforce.)
- Can Storyline activities be embedded inside Rise360 modules, or will they live as standalone courses? Isalia to explore with Mark and propose an approach.
- Gus forwarded a Storyline scope email to Isalia (asymmetric address) — review before the Mark meeting.
Three videos scoped for production. Gus will send Co-Pilot-drafted scripts for all three.
| Video | Length | Audience | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Welcome to Agility | 3.5–4 min | New hires (pre-start) | Sizzle/welcome from leadership (CEO, COO, CMO, VP); B-roll of equipment, disaster response, team moments |
| SOAR Graduation | 3.5–4 min | SOAR program completers | Congratulatory message from leadership + two sales managers |
| Day in the Life | TBD (longer) | All new hires / cross-functional | Follows a member journey through Marketing → SDR → Sales → CSM → Recovery Ops; illustrates cross-functional collaboration |
Notes:
- Gus will draft the "Day in the Life" script via Co-Pilot and send all three to Isalia.
- B-roll suggestions from Co-Pilot: emergency response scenes, mobile recovery units, tech solutions, team huddles, virtual meetings.
- Scripts are outlines/starting points — creative refinement welcome.
