Culinary Landing Page — Form Integration & Launch

Overview

Didion Milling's culinary landing page was built as a brand-new page to support an outgoing press kit targeting retail partners in the Chicago and Madison areas. The page includes a sample request form that requires full integration before the press kit can be distributed. The page was technically live as of the standup but not yet fully wired up.

Launch target: Within 24 hours of 2025-10-06 (i.e., by end of day 2025-10-07).

"In the next 24 hours would be great." — Melissa Cusumano

Context

The landing page launch was delayed by approximately one week because it was a brand-new build. The client (Diana) is coordinating a press kit distribution — potentially hand-delivered — to retail contacts in the Chicago and Madison area. All press kit recipients will be directed to this landing page to request a product sample.

Form Integration Requirements

1. Zapier → Google Sheets Connection

2. Email Notifications

Two notification emails need to be configured:

Notification Recipient Notes
Admin notification Site admin / internal team Default exists; verify routing
Submitter confirmation Person who filled out the form To be modeled after the "snack meal" form template

Chris will handle both notification setups. Sam does not need to update notification copy.

3. Form Purpose

The form is a sample request form. Confirmation messaging to submitters should reflect that framing (e.g., "We received your sample request and will be in touch").
