Background

Google Ads requires a verification step during account setup. The verification email was sent to (or expected from) Gilbert, the Flynn Audio contact, but has not been received or acted upon. The root cause is unclear — it may be a deliverability issue, Gilbert overlooking it, or it sitting in a spam/junk folder.

Escalation Plan

1. Daily follow-up: Karly to contact Gilbert every day for 2–3 days, pressing him to locate and act on the verification email.
2. Fallback: If Gilbert does not respond or the email cannot be recovered within that window, create a new Google Ads account from scratch rather than continuing to wait.
