Overview
During the December 26 sprint planning meeting, Sebastian provided an update on two active Adava Care deliverables: a lead magnet guide and the private pay pricing page. Both items are in progress with clear next steps heading into the new year.
Lead Magnet
- The outline has been approved by the client (Akari/Avokerie).
- Sebastian submitted the outline for sign-off before drafting the full piece — a deliberate step to align on structure before writing.
- First draft is due January 9.
- Sebastian has time blocked on his calendar to write the draft that week.
Private Pay Pricing Page
- Sebastian updated the pricing page using client-provided pricing lists from the Google Drive.
- Claude was used to help format the content based on those lists.
- The client responded on Christmas Eve with minor feedback — Sebastian noted he may have included respite care costs that weren't needed, and may have missed one or two notes from the original meeting.
- Next step: Sebastian will apply the client's feedback and push the private pay pricing content live.
- Melissa confirmed the oversight on respite care was understandable given no prior guidance, and that Sebastian is not at fault.
