Overview

During the April 5 weekly ops call, Mark and Melissa identified a strong opportunity to pitch professional video production services to Adava Care. With multiple assisted living locations, Adava Care is a natural fit for location walkthrough videos and resident/family testimonials. The service would be priced at $2,500 per location.

Location Walkthrough Videos

Send a professional videographer to each location to capture:
- Front entrance, common areas (lunchroom, lounge), resident rooms
- Outdoor spaces (patio, walking paths) on a favorable day
- Brief staff interviews or narrated walkthroughs

Testimonial Videos

Interview residents' family members or staff on camera:
- Videographer asks scripted questions ("How did you find this place?" / "What do you like about it?")
- Filmed in a clean, well-lit setting with a neutral background
- Edited for clarity and tone

Production Workflow

Script — Use ChatGPT to draft a location-specific script or interview questions; client reviews and approves
Shoot — Videographer attends location with professional equipment; conducts interviews or walkthrough
Edit — Lucas (design team) or similar edits footage in Descript:
- AI eye contact correction (fixes off-camera gaze)
- Filler word removal ("uh," "um," etc.)
- Speaker bubble overlaid on B-roll or AI-generated slides
Slides (optional) — Use Gamma to generate AI slides from the script; sync with video in Descript

Location Considerations

Adava Care operates approximately 10 locations (Glendale, Heartland, Iris Road, NENA, St. Francis, Pewaukee, Wabash Home, Oak Creek, Fardale Home, Magnolia House). Mark noted that roughly 3 locations are visually unappealing and may not be strong candidates for walkthrough video. Priority locations should be selected based on aesthetics and occupancy goals.
