Hosting Migration & Copy Strategy — 2026-04-05

Overview

Call with Katie Geiser (A New Dawn Therapy) to finalize the Bluehost-to-Asymmetric hosting migration and review progress on specialty page copy. Two major decisions came out of this call: (1) proceed with the migration today to unblock the Google Workspace billing issue, and (2) pivot from a dynamic-text template approach to individually built specialty pages after a dev blocker.

Attendees:
- Sebastian Gant (Asymmetric)
- Melissa Cusumano (Asymmetric)
- Paul Buniel (Asymmetric)
- Katie Geiser — A New Dawn Therapy LLC (external)

Key Decisions

1. Migrate A New Dawn to Asymmetric Servers Immediately

Asymmetric will pull the A New Dawn site off Bluehost today. Katie will then cancel her Bluehost account, which is expected to trigger a 30-day Google grace period allowing her to switch Google Workspace billing from Bluehost-as-reseller to direct payment. Bluehost could not confirm this behavior, but both parties agreed the risk was acceptable.

2. Individual Specialty Pages Instead of Dynamic Text Template

The developer hit a blocker implementing dynamic text across a shared specialty page template. The resolution: build each specialty as its own standalone page. This is more manual work but gives full layout and design control per page — which Katie agreed was fine.

3. AI-Generated FAQs Are Acceptable as-Is (Pending Review)

Katie flagged that ChatGPT-generated FAQ content may be repetitive across specialties. Sebastian noted the questions likely mirror real user search queries and committed to reviewing them during implementation.

Content Strategy: New Pages Identified

Based on hiring demand signals and keyword opportunity, the following new specialty pages were identified as candidates:

Page Priority Notes
ADHD Therapy High Strong hiring demand signal; Sebastian to validate search volume
Men's Therapy High Good keyword volume observed
Caregiver Support High Distinct from healthcare; decent standalone volume
Bilingual Therapy Medium May be a future addition
Veteran & Military Support Medium Likely folds into a PTSD page

Katie also noted she had already drafted copy for General Anxiety and several other specialties, but was unsure how to handle Social Anxiety — whether to integrate it into the General Anxiety page or give it its own page.

Location Pages: Developer will also standardize area/location pages on the Shine site and build new location pages for both A New Dawn and Shine.
