- ~3,100 LinkedIn connections (Federica) — to be exported to spreadsheet and uploaded by Asymmetric
Note: Quarra is in the process of adding older contacts as leads in Salesforce. For this send, a spreadsheet upload is the faster path. Federica flagged that LinkedIn contacts may be for mailing only (not necessarily for full Salesforce lead creation) — Quarra to clarify preference when sending the spreadsheet.
Website Working Sessions — Context
The shift to a structured cadence was driven by Quarra's frustration that email-only communication was slow and confusing for iterating on individual pages. Monica Luisi is newly onboarded (~1 month) and will now be the primary Quarra-side collaborator on the website alongside Federica.
