Access Setup & Case Study Review — 2026-01-09
Overview
Working session with Seamless (Brandon Aman, Chris Sisinni) and Asymmetric (Melissa Cusumano, Sebastian Gant) focused on two objectives: resolving outstanding access blockers for the new website build, and reviewing all existing case studies to determine what carries forward to the new site.
Attendees:
- Melissa Cusumano — Asymmetric
- Sebastian Gant — Asymmetric
- Chris Sisinni — Seamless (external)
- Brandon Aman — Seamless (external)
Key Decisions
- SiteGround access resolved via password recovery to
chris.sbswemail. Asymmetric added as a collaborator user, removing the need to share credentials going forward. - Google access secured — Sebastian logged into the primary Google account via 2FA on Brandon's phone, then added Asymmetric's email as a user to Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Search Console. Future logins will not require 2FA.
- New site will be hosted by Asymmetric, not SiteGround. The site moves from Hibu to a self-managed WordPress environment, giving Seamless direct control.
- DNS likely moving from Cycron to Cloudflare — pending confirmation with Mark.
- 19 case studies selected from the existing Hibu site for migration to the new WordPress site.
- Multi-phase client projects will be merged into single case study pages (Fiber Resin, Elsco) to demonstrate long-term partnerships and unified warranty solutions.
- Two-tier filtering system confirmed for the case study library.
- Icon designs approved — "Commercial Roofing" (middle option) and "Asphalt Shingles" (house image).
- Next meeting rescheduled to January 26 to ensure Brandon Aman's availability.
Access & Technical Setup
SiteGround
- Password recovery sent to
chris.sbswemail; Sebastian reset and gained access. - Asymmetric added as a collaborator — no shared credentials needed.
Google (Analytics, Ads, Search Console)
- Primary Google account accessed via 2FA prompt on Brandon Aman's phone (262-501-8543).
- Sebastian added Asymmetric's email as a user to all three Google properties.
- Going forward, Asymmetric can log in directly without requiring 2FA from the client.
New Site Architecture
| Layer | Current | New |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting | Hibu | Asymmetric (self-managed WordPress) |
| DNS | Cycron | Cloudflare (pending Mark's confirmation) |
| CMS | Hibu proprietary | WordPress |
Key pain point resolved: Brandon expressed frustration that Hibu's setup gave Seamless no meaningful control over their own website. The new architecture puts Seamless in full control — they can make changes directly in WordPress or route them through Asymmetric.
Credentials Document
Asymmetric will compile all new login credentials into a master document and share with Seamless.
Case Study Review
Selection Criteria
Keep if:
- Strong visuals or recognizable brand name (Hotel Metro, Grain Exchange)
- Unique or unusual application (Benihana parking lot coating, Amco Pump solar field)
- Federal/institutional client (U.S. Coast Guard)
- Demonstrates a specific material system (metal roof, EPDM, TPO)
- Has or can obtain a client testimonial
Merge if:
- Multiple phases of work for the same client at the same or related properties (Fiber Resin, Elsco)
Discard if:
- Generic residential work
- Redundant with a stronger example already selected
- Poor visuals with no path to improvement
Selected Case Studies (19 total)

|---|---|
| Multifamily Milwaukee | Keep |
| Golden Dome | Keep — need better photos |
| Apartment Building (7x) | Keep |

| Grain Exchange | Keep |
| U.S. Coast Guard | Keep — federal client credibility |
| Multi-Roofs on Manufacturing Facility | Keep |
| Hotel Metro | Keep — recognizable Milwaukee name |
| Fiber Resin (multiple locations) | Merge into one page — different buildings, same client |
| Elite Properties | Keep — unique application |
| South Wayne School District | Keep |

New Case Study Format
All case studies will be rebuilt in a standardized layout. Key elements:
- Uniform structure across all pages
- Key metrics as graphics — roof size, substrate, material system, project duration
- Client testimonials integrated where available
- Consistent naming convention — titles should describe the project type or client name, not internal labels
Two-Tier Filtering System
| Tier | Examples |
|---|---|
| Primary — Project Type | Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Federal |
| Secondary — Material/Application | EPDM, TPO, Metal Roof, Coatings, Siding |
Brandon Aman to finalize filter category list with his team and share with Melissa.
