The "Hidden Cost of Equipment Downtime" post was reviewed and approved on the call with minor copy and design edits applied live.
Final copy changes:
- Headline updated from "Why Proactive Maintenance Saves Money" → "Why Modern Equipment and Technology Matter" (removed trailing s for subject-verb agreement)
- Body copy: "every minute your equipment sits idle" → "every minute your equipment is down"
- Word bubble changed from all-caps to standard casing
- Bold emphasis shifted from equipment alone to the phrase equipment is down

Messaging direction: Holiday travel + cash access on the road; reinforce brand presence at high-traffic transit points.

2. Seasonal Employees
Concept: Speak to businesses hiring seasonal staff and the cash-handling demands that come with it.
Format: Stock or sourced image of a cashier at a register handling cash.
Messaging direction: Reverse ATMs and cash management solutions as a fit for seasonal retail environments.
Owner: Mike Stebbins suggested the image direction (cashier at register); Melissa's team to source final image.
Status: ⏳ Image sourcing in progress.
3. Last-Minute Shopping / Holiday Gifting
Concept: Timely post targeting last-minute shoppers (targeting night of Dec 23 or early Dec 24). Frame cash and prepaid cards as practical, desirable gifts.
Format: Branded holiday creative; potentially featuring both cash and a BluePoint prepaid card (e.g., "Santa with one in each hand").
Messaging direction: "No better gift than cash" — updated to acknowledge prepaid cards as an equally valid option. Tone can lean slightly playful/edgy.

Hashtag Strategy — Follow-Up Required
Wade flagged that some hashtags used in recent posts were too broad (e.g., #equipmentleasing), which skews toward heavy equipment audiences rather than kiosk/ATM buyers.
Action: Melissa to ask the social media manager to share the tools and rationale used for hashtag selection, and to tighten targeting going forward.
