Skaalen is planning a multi-facility open house event, tentatively scheduled for March 20 or April 2, 2026. The event will span five facilities and serve as a showcase for prospective residents and families. Date confirmation was pending an internal meeting the week following the February marketing call.
The open house follows a prior successful event and is being revived partly to coincide with the near-completion of construction at Heritage Center (expected end of March 2026).

Planning Notes
- Construction context: Heritage Center construction was expected to extend slightly, wrapping around end of March. This informed the April 2 date as a fallback to ensure the space is presentable.
- Therapy open house overlap: A separate therapy-focused open house in April had already been loosely started by Emma/Chris. The multi-facility event may absorb or align with that effort — to be resolved at the Thursday planning meeting.
- Nursing & Rehab inclusion: Dawn planned to check with Simone about whether to include Skaalen Nursing & Rehab. If included, scope of what they want to present would need to be defined.
