Asymmetric ZoomInfo Credit Management
Overview
Asymmetric maintains a ZoomInfo subscription that provides 3,000 contact credits per month. These credits are used to enrich contact records with industry, company size, and decision-maker data — both for Asymmetric's own prospecting database and for client HubSpot accounts. Credits do not roll over; unused credits are forfeited at the end of each month.
As of the March 2026 marketing strategy meeting, Karly Oykhman is the designated owner responsible for ensuring credits are consumed each month.
Credit Allocation
The suggested split discussed in the March 2026 meeting:
| Allocation | Credits |
|---|---|
| Asymmetric internal prospecting | ~2,000 |
| Client contact enrichment | ~1,000 |
| Total | 3,000 |
This split is a guideline, not a hard rule. The priority is ensuring no credits go to waste.
Use Cases
Asymmetric Internal Database
Asymmetric maintains a ~37,000-contact HubSpot database segmented by industry, lead quality tier, and ICP status. ZoomInfo credits are used to:
- Fill in missing industry classifications
- Identify decision-makers at target accounts
- Enrich new contacts added to cold outreach sequences
See [1] for how enriched contacts flow into the nurture and ABM campaigns.
Client Enrichment
Any Asymmetric client with a HubSpot instance can benefit from ZoomInfo enrichment. Adding net-new contacts to a client's CRM is a recurring value-add that can be worked into monthly delivery.
Process Notes
- Reminder: Karly set a recurring reminder during the March 2026 meeting to ensure monthly credits are used before expiration.
- Coordination: Before pulling credits for a client, confirm with the account lead which contact segments or job titles to target.
- HubSpot sync: ZoomInfo enrichment should feed directly into HubSpot so that [2] stays current.
Key Decisions
- March 2026: Karly assigned as credit manager after Mark noted credits were being routinely forfeited due to lack of tracking.
- Credits should be split between Asymmetric prospecting and client enrichment rather than used exclusively for one purpose.
