LinkedIn ad campaigns for [1] were fully built and ready to activate as of the 2026-04-01 marketing sync. Launch is blocked on the design team delivering the required ad graphics.

The campaigns are targeting Asymmetric's two primary industry segments: environmental and food & beverage. These mirror the segmentation used for the parallel [2] being built in HubSpot.
Blocker: Ad Graphics
The design team is the critical path item. As of 2026-04-01, graphics had not yet been delivered. The following prioritization was agreed in the meeting:
- Priority 1 — LinkedIn Ad graphics (due EOD Thursday): Assigned to the core design team (Michal / Polish team)
- Priority 3 — Social media graphics (due EOW): Reassigned to Roy to free the core team for this work

Design Workload Context
The design team was overloaded with Asymmetric deliverables across multiple workstreams (website, guides, social graphics, LinkedIn ads). To unblock the LinkedIn launch, [3], freeing the core team to focus on ad graphics as the highest-priority output.
The Polish design team is out Friday–Monday (Easter), making the EOD Thursday deadline firm for this sprint.
